​I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My related interest includes community mental health, chronically ill/disabled individuals, the homeless population, and adolescents & children's behavioral/mental health.

I believe in the dignity and worth of every individual. It is my philosophy that we all deserve the best quality of life possible. We are uniquely designed and have the ability to improve most circumstances that may cause distress or crisis. I also believe that every individual should be valued for their unique qualities.

I believe that self-sufficiency is of the utmost importance to personal development. I implement an array of treatment modalities to include, but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.  No single treatment approach is for everyone.

Therefore, my unique and individualized approach has shown to be effective in improving the well-being and functioning of my clients.  If I am not the best fit, l will refer you to a provider who can best assist the client.

No-Show Policy:

Carlisle Counseling & Consulting Services requires a minimum of 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations, including telehealth sessions, will result in a $40.00 no-show fee, which must be paid before scheduling future sessions. Telehealth appointments are considered no-shows if the client does not log in or respond within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time. This fee is not billable to insurance and is the responsibility of the client.
